We looked at about 16 different apartment complex's within about 30 minutes of Naval Station Mayport and after we saw this place it completely ruined us for all the other Complex's we went to look at! If what you are looking for is a place with insanely low crime rate with a gated community, extremely friendly staff that cares about you and puts for an effort to really make you feel wanted and comfortable, and somewhere with absolutely great amenities (Pool, INSANE GYM, lounge area, computers, Wi-Fi, and a Movie Room with large projector) then you should look no further!!! Come to the Retreat at St. Johns!”
